We are looking forward to Fairtrade Fortnight 2012, if you want to join us in supporting Fairtrade, then please contact us, here.
We're so excited to be able to contribute to Fairtrade Fortnight and help promote the concept of Fairtrade, especially in the Enfield area.
We have produced a Fairtrade Directory for the Enfield area, which lists local independent shops that sell Fairtrade Products and also provides a list of wholesalers that deliver to Enfield.
If you have a child or children going to primary school in the Enfield area, encourage your school to invite Chickenshed Theatre to present their specially created workshop experience about Fairtrade to help increase understanding about why Fairtrade is so important. Read more about that initiative here.
Since the day we opened in February 2009, every cup of coffee that we have served has been Fairtrade.
We provide the widest range of Fairtrade products of any independent coffee shop in the Enfield area.
In our first year, we have broadened our range extensively through many hours of surfing the web, sourcing the best range of Fairtrade Products that we can find.
We are probably the only coffee shop in Enfield that will serve you a low GI slice of breakfast cake made with Fairtrade ingredients to go with your Coffee in the morning and have a selection of Fairtrade gifts and cakes online too.
We are proud that we are supporting the Fairtrade cause through our wide range of products, it makes us feel good to know that we are helping enrich farming communities in other parts of the world, just as they enrich our lives through their excellent produce.
Whenever we hold a Book Swap at My Coffee Stop special event, there are always FREE Fairtrade Tastings, so there's no excuse not to come along and try some!
